A qualified Applied psychologist/therapist /senior counselor with working experience of supporting clients in the corporate and educational setting with a sound knowledge of theoretical counseling approaches, having specialized working with stress, depression, trauma, relationship therapy, CBT, integrative counseling, Gestalt therapy, and person-centered counseling. Representing Sri Lanka oldest counseling body SRILNAC (1985) as the vice president from 2017-2019. Working experience with corporates such as Hatton National Bank, Shangri La with coaching in many related sectors of life. Also, experience with counseling youth in both international and government schools in building awareness balancing life goals. The versatility of providing psychological awareness on media such as “Sirasa Liyathambara” and “TV 1” and a freelance columnist on Life Coaching for the “Sunday Morning” youth/children’s columns.
