Jagath Jayasekera (JJ) is a Multi-skilled, Multi-talented, Multi-Disciplinary individual. Over the past 28 years, he has spent time with global, multinational organizations and held senior management positions to drive business outcomes. With hands-on experience in the fields of ICT, HRM, Manufacturing, Retail, Education, BPO etc.; JJ has trained more than 10,000 participants during the past 20 years in various subjects ranging from emotional intelligence, time management, mentoring/coaching, training of trainer, management training, leadership development, outbound training (Team building), communication skills development (for Sales & Marketing staff), project management etc.
JJ offers cross-industry best practices to fast track business growth to his clients through resource optimization. He is currently engaged with large conglomerates in Sri Lanka to optimize resources to become resilient to local market conditions currently prevailing in the island. JJ is a research scientist on emotional intelligence and spiritual science. Won many accolades as an outstanding soft-skills trainer. JJ has obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Sydney University, Australia in 2015.
